Via Transportation is hiring drivers in Frisco, TX to operate our tech-enabled shuttles that power modern public mobility. As a driver, you'll provide safe, reliable, and friendly on-demand rides using Via's app-based routing system. You'll navigate efficient routes, assist passengers-including those with accessibility needs-and maintain a clean, comfortable vehicle. In our fast-moving, mission-driven culture, you'll work closely with operations teams and use real-time data tools to deliver high-quality service that improves access to transportation for the community. Responsibilities Operate Via shuttles safely in and around Frisco, TX following all traffic laws and company policies. Use Via's app and on-board technology to follow dynamic routes and pick up/drop off riders efficiently. Provide excellent customer service, greeting passengers, answering basic questions, and assisting with boarding as needed. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Ensure a clean, comfortable, and professional vehicle environment throughout each shift. Follow safety protocols, including ADA and accessibility guidelines, and respond appropriately to incidents. Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation within Via systems. Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to resolve routing or service issues in real time.
