Must have or obtain a REAL ID for domestic air travel Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and remain physically active for extended periods Must successfully complete Basic Officer Training Must be willing to obtain required OC spray, shotgun, and Taser certifications Must have reliable transportation (Uber and Lyft are not approved) Must be able to communicate effectively by phone, text, and email Must be willing to travel 100% and be away from home 5-10 days or more at a time Texas residents: Must have a TX Class C driver's license that is a

required before attending the academy. We are not hiring any CDL license holders at this time. Training Upcoming training academies are tentatively scheduled for: September 29, 2026 November 3, 2026 Training is approximately two weeks in Whites Creek/Nashville, TN . Classroom training is paid at $10.25/hour . No per-dem is provided during classroom training. Flight, Hotel, & Rental Vehicle provided at company expense. Important This is NOT a remote position. You must live within 3 hours of Taylor, TX by vehicle, TN and be available for nationwide travel.
