The Customer Service Experts have been in the customer service field for over 30 years. We operate all aspects of the guest service program in local shopping centers. Specific Duties:

This position requires you to drive a Kiddie Train for up to 8 hours a day. The electric train holds approximately 15 passengers and takes the riders on a scenic tour through the Promenade Temecula Mall. Assist in training, and supervising employees on site. Assist with Train operations. Maintain company standards Theft prevention Data entry of daily sales and deposits Maintain a positive relationship with management at the shopping center as well as with the Supervisor and Area Manager. Keep accurate maintenance logs and complete necessary repairs. Interact with TCSE corporate office through emails, phone calls, and personal visits.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE

Minimum 1 yr Lead, Key Holder or Supervisory Experience MUST be Mechanically inclined (able to provide simple repairs and maintenance, i.e. change tires, change fuses, check and fill batteries) Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record (minimum 2 yrs driving) Open availability including some weekends and holidays Ability to work independently or with a team Strong leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills Enjoy working with adults and children Interact effectively with employees, corporate office, and mall management Able to solve problems with emphasis on positive outcome
