Job Description

Pensacola Paddle Pub is seeking an experienced and reliable U.S. Coast Guard certified Captain to join our team. Our vessel is a 20 passenger COI vessel with a 90HP motor and a pedal-powered paddle wheel. We provide 2-3 hour tours to customers and offer a fun and unique experience for visitors and locals alike in Pensacola, Florida. Paddle Pub is a national company with multiple locations with over 10 years of tour operation experience.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate the Pensacola Paddle Pub vessel and ensure the safety of all passengers Provide informative and entertaining tours of Pensacola waterways and landmarks Interact with passengers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vessel before, during, and after each tour Follow all U.S. Coast Guard regulations and Pensacola Paddle Pub policies and procedures

Requirements:

U.S. Coast Guard Captain's License (25 ton minimum) TWIC card CPR and First Aid certified Minimum of 3 years of boating experience Party/Tour Boat experience (preferred) Fun, Outgoing, Entertaining Personality Weekend availability Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to work in a team environment Must pass a drug screening and background check
