Deckhand - Swim School Super Aqua Swim School Looking for a fun, active job where you can gain work experience, build leadership skills, and be part of a great team? Super Aqua Swim School is hiring Deckhands! This is a great opportunity for responsible and energetic high school and college students who enjoy working with children and want to gain experience in a professional, team-oriented environment. No swim teaching experience is required. We will train you! What Does a Deckhand Do? Our Deckhands help keep everything on the pool deck organized and running smoothly. You will work alongside our swim instructors and leadership team to support classes and create a safe, clean, and positive environment for our swimmers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping children get to the correct classes
• Assisting instructors during class transitions
• Preparing and organizing swim equipment
• Keeping the pool deck clean and organized
• Helping maintain an efficient flow between lessons
• Supporting instructors and supervisors when needed
• Welcoming and assisting swimmers and families
• Helping with opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities
• Watching for potential safety concerns and notifying a supervisor

Work Environment This is an active position inside an indoor swim school. You should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, working in a warm and humid pool environment, moving swim equipment, and occasionally getting wet. Join the Super Aqua Team!
