Duties Assist the Captain in navigating and operating the vessel safely. Oversee daily operations, including guest check-in and cleaning the vessel. Manage rigging operations, ensuring all gear is secured and maintained. Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures to protect crew and passengers. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for vessel operations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Skills Some mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively. Proven ability to work as a team, fostering a positive work environment. Experience in customer service and entertainment. Proficient in rigging techniques, ensuring safety during all operations.
