Full Job Description Benefits:
Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development This is a project-based/temporary position. Work is offered based on vessel schedules and project needs, and consistent or year-round hours are not guaranteed. Assignments may include multi-day or multi-week offshore rotations.
Responsibilities:
Perform general vessel maintenance, cleaning, painting, and upkeep to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Assist with vessel mobilization and demobilization, including loading, securing, and organizing equipment and supplies. Handle lines, fenders, and other deck equipment during docking, undocking, and vessel operations. Assist with the operation of deck machinery and equipment, including winches, A-frames, cranes, and rigging as directed. Support offshore project operations, which may include equipment deployment and recovery, survey/research operations, and other client activities. Assist clients and project personnel onboard as needed while maintaining a professional and safety-focused environment. Follow all vessel safety procedures, emergency protocols, and instructions from the captain and senior crew. Perform basic inspections and report equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns to senior crew members. Maintain clean and orderly deck, common, and work areas. Perform other duties as assigned by the captain or senior crew members.
