Passionate About Fishing? We're Looking for a Boat Mate! We're hiring a Boat Mate for our U.S. Coast Guard-inspected charter vessel operating out of Atlantic City, NJ. We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about fishing and being on the water. Experience as a deckhand or boat mate is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person! Start This Season — Lock In Next Season! We're willing to bring the right person on as a fill-in for the remainder of this season , giving you the opportunity to learn the boat, our operation, and what the job involves. For the right fit, this can lead to a regular Boat Mate position next season with significantly more hours and opportunities to work. What we're looking for: A genuine passion for fishing Experience cleaning and filleting fish is preferred, but we can train the right person Friendly, dependable, and comfortable providing excellent customer service Willing and able to assist the Captain with daily vessel operations Takes pride in keeping the boat clean and well-maintained after every trip Flexible availability during the seasonal charter schedule Must be able to pass a USCG-required drug test Ideally located within 30 minutes of Atlantic City This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fishing and wants to turn that passion into a seasonal job with the potential for much more next year.
