SHIP SUPERINTENDENT

$48.20 - $62.67 PER HOUR Serve as direct liaison between Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB)'s management and ship's command. Must be able to persuade and negotiate repair priorities during unplanned repairs. Making on the spot adjustments to repair priorities necessitated by fleet schedule changes or technical failures. In-depth understanding of submarine systems, repair procedures, and shipyard operations. Familiarity with TRIDENT class specifications is a significant advantage. Proficiency in developing and managing Critical Path and Controlling Path schedules. Experience recommending strategies to resolve production delays and project scheduling conflicts.
