Job Description
Seafood Delivery Driver / Team Member Fairhope Fish House — Fairhope, Alabama Fairhope Fish House is looking for a dependable, hardworking Seafood Delivery Driver / Team Member to join our growing seafood operation. Responsibilities Deliver fresh and frozen seafood to restaurants, chefs, businesses, and customers throughout the area Load, organize, and safely transport seafood orders Verify orders and ensure the correct products and quantities are delivered Provide friendly, professional service to customers and restaurant accounts Collect payments and delivery paperwork when required Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle Properly handle seafood, ice, coolers, and frozen products to maintain product quality Assist with loading and unloading seafood, including boxes weighing up to 50+ lbs Help receive and move seafood at the shop when not making deliveries Assist with retail sales, stocking, cleaning, icing seafood, and general shop duties as needed Follow food-safety and seafood-handling procedures Represent Fairhope Fish House professionally while on deliveries Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Able to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working in a cold, wet, and fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Good communication and customer-service skills Able to work independently and stay organized Seafood, restaurant, delivery, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Full-time or part-time available. Early mornings, weekdays, and occasional weekends may be required depending on delivery schedules. What We're Looking For We need someone who shows up, works hard, takes pride in their work, and can be trusted with our customers and product. This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for additional hours and advancement as the business grows.
