We are a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company seeking an DME Delivery Driver and Equipment Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering medical equipment to patients' homes and providing education on how to use the equipment safely and effectively. As an DME Delivery Driver and Equipment Tech, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

Deliver medical equipment to patients' homes. Demonstrate proper use and care of equipment to patients and/or caregivers. Ensure that patients and/or caregivers understand how to use the equipment safely and effectively. Collect necessary documentation from patients and/or caregivers. Communicate any issues or concerns with the equipment to the appropriate team member. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while transporting and delivering equipment. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and patient interactions. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all equipment is delivered and patients receive the care they need.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Prior experience in customer service and/or delivery driving. Experience with medical equipment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and ability to educate others on proper equipment use. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Availability to work on-call and flexible schedule.
