We are looking for experienced, flexible delivery associates for both PART-TIME and

FULL-TIME.

As a delivery associate, you are determined to successfully get every package to the customer's door. You'll safely operate a delivery vehicle while using technology to locate and deliver packages. Candidates must be able to demonstrate they are a reliable, safe driver with a strong work ethic and an ability to follow written instructions. Delivery Driver:

Routinely deliver 250+ packages per day in 10 hours or less Load, unload, and deliver packages safely and punctually Work with a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Behave as a responsible and courteous teammate Show excellent attention to detail Follow written and verbal instructions Perform daily vehicle inspections with accuracy Operate a smartphone for GPS, delivery, and daily records Represent Bear Logistics Services LLC and Amazon in a professional and ethical manner Maintain excellent attendance Applicants must ensure safety and quality standards on and off the road & should be willing to support other team members in need of help. Applicants should also demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions. Delivery Associate:

Must be willing to work at least one weekend day each week 21 years of age or older Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English (training is conducted in English, and most customer notes will be in English) Possess a valid, physical copy of a US issued driver's license (no CDL necessary) Authorized to work in the United States Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each Prior delivery or professional driving experience preferred, but not necessary Must be available to work a shift that begins at 11AM and ends when work is completed for the day (not to exceed 12 hours)
