Packaging & Delivery Specialist La Belle® French Bakery is a growing retail and wholesale bakery focused on bringing authentic French pastries to the state of Colorado. We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging & Delivery Specialist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for packaging, labeling, and organizing our breads, pastries, and desserts so that every order leaves our facility complete, accurate, and ready for our retail and wholesale customers. This is a physically active role. Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. When a driver is unavailable or delivery volume is high, you will step in to cover delivery routes throughout the Denver metro area. This flexible role makes you a key link between production and logistics and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. Primary ResponsibilitiesPackaging (Approximately 80 to 85% of the role) Fold, assemble, and prepare boxes and packaging materials. Package breads, pastries, and desserts according to company standards. Label, date, and seal products accurately. Pick, count, and verify customer orders against order sheets. Lift, carry, and stack cases, trays, and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Organize and stage products for next-day deliveries. Prepare delivery bags and route loads for drivers. Rotate inventory following FIFO (first in, first out) practices. Monitor packaging supply levels and report shortages. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary packaging area. Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures. Delivery Support (Approximately 15 to 20% of the role) When a driver is absent or additional delivery support is needed, you will: Load the delivery vehicle. Lift and carry product cases up to 50 pounds in and out of the vehicle and customer freezers. Follow assigned routes using company-provided routing software and GPS. Deliver products safely and accurately to retail and wholesale customers. Place products in customer freezers or designated storage areas. Provide professional, friendly service to customers. Pick up products from vendors as needed. Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and fueled. Report delivery issues or customer concerns promptly. Follow all food safety and transportation procedures. Delivery coverage will vary based on staffing and business needs and may not be required every week. Valid driver's license Clean driving record Minimum of 3 years of driving experience Comfortable navigating Denver and surrounding areas Comfortable working in and out of freezer environments throughout the day Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the full shift Prior food production, packaging, or warehouse experience is a plus Schedule Full-Time Monday through Saturday availability based on business needs. Shift length may vary with daily production volume and delivery coverage needs.
