Job Description

Part-Time Driver - Senior Living Community Join our dedicated activities team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our senior residents. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Driver to enhance the mobility and independence of our community members while providing exceptional service and companionship. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, supportive environment within the beautiful southwest Florida area.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate community vehicles to transport residents to medical appointments, grocery stores, entertainment venues, and other local destinations Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols during transportation Provide friendly, respectful, and attentive service to residents, fostering a positive experience Support community activities and events as needed, contributing to a lively and engaging environment

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven experience in driving, preferably with a focus on passenger transportation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assist seniors with mobility and provide compassionate service Dependable, punctual, and able to work some weekends Knowledge of southwest Florida's local destinations is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety standards We pride ourselves on fostering a warm, inclusive community where staff are valued and growth is encouraged.
