Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team at our Glen Carbon, United States location. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. As a Delivery Expert, you will optimize delivery routes, manage multiple stops, and serve as a key point of contact for customers, all while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and organizational excellence.

Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and efficient use of resourcesExecute daily deliveries while maintaining accurate records and documentationCommunicate proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules, updates, and any changesInspect vehicles and equipment prior to each delivery shift to ensure safety and functionalityResolve delivery-related issues and customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skillsMaintain organized records of deliveries, signatures, and customer interactionsCoordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to manage schedule changes and special requestsAdhere to all safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company delivery standardsProvide feedback on route efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvementsBuild and maintain positive customer relationships through reliable and courteous serviceQualificationsProven experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or customer-facing delivery rolesStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stops efficientlyExcellent customer communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management softwareValid driver's license with a clean driving recordKnowledge of vehicle safety protocols and maintenance basicsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in the fieldStrong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keepingProblem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected situationsPhysical capability to load, unload, and handle packages safely
