This is a part-time delivery position based out of our farm in Harvard, IL. You'll spend most of your day on the road delivering frozen and refrigerated farm products directly to our customers. You'll start at the farm, load your delivery van, follow your assigned route, and make sure every order gets to the right customer safely and accurately. This is a highly independent role. Once you leave the farm, you're responsible for managing your route, staying on schedule, following delivery instructions, and representing Wanda Farms well with our customers. If you enjoy driving, working independently, staying organized, and being out and about instead of sitting in one place all day, this can be a great fit. What the Job Actually Looks Like Arrive at our farm in Harvard, IL around 7:00 AM Review your route and customer delivery instructions Load frozen and refrigerated orders into the delivery van Drive your assigned delivery route Deliver the correct orders to the correct customers Follow specific delivery and drop-off instructions Communicate any delays, mistakes, or customer issues back to the team Keep accurate delivery records Return to the farm and unload or organize the vehicle as needed Keep the delivery van clean and organized Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns Help with fulfillment or warehouse tasks when deliveries are completed early Routes and finish times vary depending on the number and location of deliveries. Who This Is a Good Fit For You're comfortable spending much of your workday driving and working independently You're dependable and show up on time You have a clean driving record and take safe driving seriously You're organized and pay attention to addresses, products, quantities, and delivery instructions You can manage your time and stay on schedule without constant supervision You're comfortable using GPS, smartphones, and route-planning tools You're friendly and professional when interacting with customers You can handle basic problems on the road and know when to contact the team for help You take ownership when mistakes happen You can safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs You're comfortable handling frozen and refrigerated products and working in changing weather conditions Previous delivery, transportation, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required for the right person. Schedule Tuesday-Friday Typically 7:00 AM-1:00 PM , depending on route length Approximately 20-25 hours per week Additional hours and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role may become available as Wanda Farms grows
