Responsibilities Pick up orders from Gopuff micro-fulfillment centers and deliver to customers quickly and accurately Use the Gopuff driver app for route navigation, order management, and real-time communication Safely operate your vehicle, following all traffic laws and safety guidelines Verify orders, handle items with care, and ensure accurate, timely delivery Provide friendly, professional customer interactions at drop-off Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for deliveries Follow delivery procedures for age-restricted items (e.g., alcohol) including ID verification Communicate delays, issues, or customer concerns through the app or support channels Meet or exceed performance metrics such as on-time rate and delivery quality Collaborate with operations teams to improve processes and customer experience Required Skills Safe driving and navigation Route optimization using GPS and apps Smartphone and delivery app proficiency Order verification and handling Customer service Time management Basic problem-solving Compliance with alcohol and age-restricted delivery laws Cashless/digital payment handling Vehicle upkeep and basic maintenance awareness
