This is a Class C- CDL position. You will be required to have DOT physicals. Drivers will load and deliver materials to customers after ensure correct materials are on vehicle by matching the invoice to the load before leaving the lumberyard. Drivers will sometimes pick up materials to be returned to the lumberyard or from vendors as additional company inventory. Load company vehicles based on invoiced sales and deliver to job sites using flat bed trucks, box trucks, or by hand. (Do not lift >100 lbs. at one time when hand unloading material; if > than 100 lbs. driver should have a helper.) Make timely deliveries, in a safe manner and obey all local, state and federal traffic laws. Deliver transfer of materials to another location; pick up material from various off site locations to bring to the lumberyard. Qualified to drive company vehicles to fulfill job responsibilities. Able to perform basic math calculations, read maps and follow written instructions. Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
