AIA Logistics Inc. is hiring dependable, safety-focused Delivery Associates for a new Personal Vehicle Relay Delivery Program. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who want to work as a professional delivery driver without having to report to our main delivery station at the beginning of the workday. Instead, you will report directly to a designated local anchor point , meet another AIA Logistics driver, receive your assigned packages, load them into your personal vehicle, and begin your delivery route from that location. This new delivery model allows us to hire drivers who live closer to our delivery areas while providing employees with additional scheduling and transportation flexibility.

HOW THE JOB WORKS

As a Personal Vehicle Relay Delivery Associate, you will: Report to a designated local anchor point at your scheduled time. Meet an AIA Logistics driver arriving in a company-branded delivery vehicle. Receive approximately 80-90 packages , depending on the assigned route. Safely load the assigned packages into your personal vehicle. Complete your assigned delivery route using the delivery app. Follow all delivery, customer service, and safety procedures. Track eligible business mileage through the designated mileage-tracking system. At the end of your shift, complete the required handoff of any undelivered packages or delivery bags at the designated meeting location. You do not start your day at the main Delivery Station. Your designated anchor point serves as your regular reporting location for these relay routes.

PERSONAL VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

To participate in this delivery program, you must have access to an eligible personal vehicle.

Your vehicle must:

Have at least 35 cubic feet of cargo capacity . Generally be a compact SUV or larger vehicle . Be manufactured within the last 10 years . Be able to safely accommodate the assigned delivery packages. Pass required vehicle inspections. Be maintained in safe and reliable operating condition. Sedans are not eligible for this program.

MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT

Eligible mileage is tracked through Cardata , a third-party mileage tracking and reimbursement provider. Mileage reimbursement applies to eligible business mileage beginning from your designated anchor point and during your delivery route.

Important:

Travel from your home to the anchor point is considered your normal commute and is not eligible for mileage reimbursement.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for Delivery Associates who are: Dependable and punctual. Safety-focused. Comfortable using a smartphone and GPS/navigation. Able to work independently. Able to safely load, organize, and deliver packages throughout the shift. Professional when interacting with customers and members of the community. Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to meet delivery and performance expectations. Willing to complete all required training before beginning routes.

This is an employee Delivery Associate position with AIA Logistics Inc. Drivers participating in this program are required to follow company policies, safety standards, delivery procedures, vehicle inspection requirements, and all required training. Personal vehicles must meet program eligibility and inspection requirements before being assigned a route. Routes, package counts, schedules, work hours, and anchor point locations may vary based on operational needs.
