We are seeking an organized, high-energy Catering Lead to manage and grow our restaurant's catering operations. In this role, you will be the face of Chick-fil-A catering in our community, ensuring every order—from small office lunches to large event spreads—is prepared accurately, delivered on time, and served with our signature hospitality. You will work closely with our Kitchen and Front-of-House teams to drive sales, coordinate execution, and build lasting relationships with local businesses and guests.

Key Responsibilities Catering Operations & Execution:

Lead day-to-day catering logistics, including order preparation, quality control, packaging, and timely on-site delivery or setup.

Guest Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for catering inquiries, assisting guests with menu selection, order adjustments, and special requests.

Sales Growth & Outreach:

Partner with restaurant leadership to identify community outreach opportunities, follow up with regular corporate accounts, and drive local catering growth.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Train and direct team members assigned to catering orders, ensuring strict adherence to food safety, presentation standards, and brand guidelines.

Inventory & Vehicle Care:

Monitor catering inventory (supplies, packaging, delivery gear) and ensure catering equipment and delivery vehicles are kept clean, maintained, and organized.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous leadership or operational experience in catering, food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, must be 21 years old to drive our vehicle. (required for delivery duties).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 30-40 lbs (catering boxes, hot holding units, etc.).

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, excellent time management, and clear communication abilities.
