Safely transport cannabis products to customers' residences while following all company procedures and state regulations.
Load and unload delivery vehicles accurately and securely.
Navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS and company-provided technology.
Follow all traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices at all times.
Verify customer identification and complete deliveries in accordance with compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate delivery records using handheld electronic devices and delivery software.
Perform basic vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
Provide courteous, professional, and timely customer service during every delivery. Skills
Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry.
Previous delivery, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to the team.
Comfortable using GPS navigation, smartphones, and handheld electronic devices.
Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
