  • Safely transport cannabis products to customers' residences while following all company procedures and state regulations.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles accurately and securely.
  • Navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS and company-provided technology.
  • Follow all traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices at all times.
  • Verify customer identification and complete deliveries in accordance with compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records using handheld electronic devices and delivery software.
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Provide courteous, professional, and timely customer service during every delivery. Skills
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry.
  • Previous delivery, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to the team.
  • Comfortable using GPS navigation, smartphones, and handheld electronic devices.
  • Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
