We are looking for an energetic Product and Delievery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the heart of our showroom—welcoming guests, showcasing vehicle technology, assisting our sales team, managing lot inventory, and guiding customers through final delivery paperwork when they take home their new vehicle. No prior car sales experience? No problem! This is an entry-level opportunity with training, designed as a fast-track stepping stone into a lucrative Automotive career.

What You'll Do Deliver Great Customer Experiences:

Warmly welcome showroom visitors, answer basic questions, and pair them with Sales Consultants.

Lead Vehicle Deliveries & Paperwork:

Guide customers taking delivery of their new vehicles through final delivery paperwork, confirm key documentation, and ensure a smooth handover.

Support Test Drives & Demos:

Assist customers with vehicle walk-arounds, highlight tech features (Bluetooth, navigation, safety tech, app setup), and prepare vehicles for test drives.

Manage Lot & Showroom Inventory:

Maintain a clean, organized, and properly displayed vehicle inventory. Tag vehicles with specs and pricing stickers. Assist with

Sales & Admin Support:

Help gather customer information and prepare initial documentation for trade-ins, credit applications, and registration.

Vehicle Preparation & Transport:

Ensure sold vehicles are detailed, fueled, and ready for customer pickup, and assist with transporting inventory between lots or detail bays.

What We're Looking For Driver's License:

Active, valid driver's license with a clean driving record ( Required ).

Detail-Oriented:

Accurate and meticulous when handling delivery paperwork, forms, and customer documentation.

Communication Skills:

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with strong verbal and written skills.

Tech Comfort:

Ability to quickly learn dealership management software, CRM tools, and vehicle technology.

Team Player:

Proactive attitude with a willingness to assist team members whenever needed.

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends (peak business hours).
