Responsibilities Safely operate various commercial vehicles, including box trucks and other delivery vans, following all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload goods using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or manual lifting techniques to ensure proper handling of products Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules Deliver packages directly to customers' locations with professionalism, courtesy, and a focus on customer satisfaction Verify shipments against delivery manifests, document any discrepancies or damages, and obtain signatures upon delivery Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle inspections throughout each shift Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, organizing stock, or preparing shipments for dispatch when needed Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong understanding of route driving and time management Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with clients during deliveries Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods safely and efficiently Familiarity with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred) Knowledge of driving regulations for commercial vehicles including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles Strong organizational skills for load & unload procedures, route planning, and record keeping Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers or similar commercial vehicles is highly desirable Embark on this rewarding journey where your driving expertise meets exceptional service!
