Position Overview :

The Part Time Driver & Store Support Associate is responsible for safely transporting donations to and from the Company store, while also assisting with daily store operations. This role ensures timely pickups and deliveries, supports inventory flow, and contributes to creating a positive experience for customers and the community.

Responsibilities:

Driving & Deliveries Safely operate the company vehicle to pick up and deliver merchandise from designated locations. Load, unload, and properly secure items during transport. Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and mileage. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with partners. Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses, especially to current partnering organizations and the ones that may be onboarded in the future, through different routes. Follow routes and schedule. Load and unload the delivery using the provided pallet jack/dolly cart. Coordinate with store managers and serve as the face of our organization with our customers. Communicating with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to make deliveries. Collect payments. Following best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading the truck. Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed. Complete logs and reports Store Support Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing items. Stock merchandise on the sales floor and maintain clean, organized displays. Support cashiers and floor staff as needed during busy periods. Help with general store upkeep, including cleaning and organizing storage areas. Contribute to a safe and positive work environment by following company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Previous experience in driving, delivery, or retail preferred.
