We are a growing company with locations across four states and a track record of building drivers into leaders. If you want to drive, we want to talk. The Role This is a delivery driver seat. You will operate a box truck, team up with a helper, and deliver large appliances into customers' homes across our service area. Every stop counts

• you are the face of Costco at the door, and you treat it that way.

We start part-time and build to full-time for drivers who perform. Day-to-day, you will: Operate a box truck safely and professionally on assigned routes Deliver and install large appliances in customer homes, including stairs and tight spaces Communicate professionally with customers at every door Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections every shift Document deliveries, exceptions, and any damage accurately in our system Work with your helper to load, stage, and sequence the truck for the day Represent P2 and Costco with professionalism on every stop What You Bring Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• required Ability to pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment background check Ability to lift and maneuver appliances up to 300+ lbs with proper equipment and team assist Physical stamina for a full day on your feet, in and out of a truck, in all conditions Strong sense of ownership
• you treat the truck, the route, and the customer like they are yours Reliable and on time: early starts are standard; the route does not wait Prior delivery, moving, or driving experience a plus
• not required, we will train the right person Licensing and Qualifications This role operates vehicles under 26,001 lbs GVWR.

A standard Class C driver's license is required. Drivers must meet our company Driver Qualification standards including MVR review, drug screen, and road evaluation prior to solo operation. DOT medical card may be required depending on vehicle assignment. What We Offer $22.00
