Job Summary Klien P&D Inc is a local business with a delivery contract with FedEx. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for delivering and picking up packages in a timely and efficient manner from business and residence. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and driving in various weather conditions. Klien P&D services the Cache Valley area. Must be able to work full days. We operate Monday -Saturday with Sundays during the holiday season. . Responsibilities Safely operation of commercial trucks, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Perform daily Pre /Post trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure good working condition. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Deliverpackages efficiently along designated routes while maintaining accurate delivery schedules. Manage loading and unloading with proper heavy lifting techniques to prevent injury. Complete required training as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 21 Pass a background check, drug screen and TSA clearance Prefer experience in commercial driving or route driving. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial truck driving experience is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Organizational skills that support efficient route planning and time management. Driver pay begins at $150 per day. Efficient Drivers average $20-$25 per hour. Pay increase with each route learned with management opportunity and pay up to $180 per day.
