The primary focus of this position is merchandising and delivering our products to retail partners . We need someone who takes pride in how our products look in stores, makes sure deliveries are accurate and on time, and can work independently. This is more than just a delivery position. We are looking for someone who is observant, organized, and able to think on their feet. You should be able to walk into a store, recognize what needs attention, take care of it, and communicate with store personnel. Building relationships is also an important part of this position. As you get to know our retail partners, we want you to recognize opportunities to improve displays, increase product placement, and grow sales. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday . Delivery and merchandising days may begin as early as 6:00 AM . Some store managers, buyers, and decision-makers are available later in the day, so hours will vary depending on delivery routes and account needs.

Pay:

$17-$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Deliver JulieAnn Caramels products accurately and on time to retail locations Merchandise products and maintain displays Stock, rotate, organize, and straighten products Make sure displays are clean, attractive, and well stocked Check inventory and identify products that need to be reordered Watch for out-of-stocks and other issues that could affect sales Communicate store needs and opportunities to our team Develop good working relationships with store managers, department managers, buyers, and other retail partners Learn what products are selling in each account Look for opportunities for additional product placement, displays, and sales Professionally represent JulieAnn Caramels in every store Plan delivery routes and manage time efficiently Keep accurate delivery and account information Help support and grow existing retail accounts Skills Dependable and punctual, especially for early-morning deliveries Strong organizational and time-management skills Able to work independently without constant supervision Takes initiative and recognizes what needs to be done Good judgment and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Friendly, confident, and professional when working with customers Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable talking with store managers and decision-makers Sales-minded and able to recognize opportunities Comfortable driving delivery routes Valid driver's license and good driving record Able to lift and move cases of product Previous merchandising, grocery, retail, delivery, route sales, or sales experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
