Local Open Deck Driver Overview Strong hourly pay, day or night. Drivers earn $25/hr on either shift, with day shift averaging $1,300-$1,600 per week and night shift averaging $1,350-$1,700 per week.• Bonuses that reward the work. Earn a safety and service incentive of $4/hr on day shift or $6/hr on night shift when weekly standards are met.• Home daily, no exceptions.
