This is a full-time, commission-based role (tow calls) with 5 days a week on 12-hour on-call shifts. If you're eager to maximize your earnings, you have the option to pick up a 6th day for extra cash. Key Responsibilities:

Safely towing vehicles to ensure secure and efficient transport. Loading and unloading cargo and vehicles with precision. Delivering roadside assistance services like lockouts, tire changes, jump starts, winch outs, and fuel delivery to get customers back on the road quickly. Reporting any issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate supervisor for smooth operations. Conducting thorough inspections of your truck before and after each trip to maintain safety standards. Navigating routes effectively using Google Maps and our cloud-based towing software. Providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications We're Looking For:

Previous experience is a plus

• but your drive matters most! Ability to handle a physical workload in a dynamic environment. A strong work ethic to keep up with the demands of the job. A somewhat clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must pass a DOT physical. Ability to pass a drug screen (yes, that includes marijuana)
