LSH Trucking, LLC is a family owned and operated business in West Central Illinois. We are looking to expand and grow and we need drivers! We are seeking highly motivated individuals to help fill these spots! We pull tanker trailers hauling oils/fats & deicer. Traveling mostly to Texas, South Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, Iowa.
PAY :
Pay will start out at 25% of gross for minimum 90 days (probationary period) and then we can revisit at that time. Paid Holidays
  • 6 Major Holidays (8 Hour day) Paid time off will be offered after 1 year of employment Bonuses will be available throughout employment
  • Quarterly Safety Bonus, Clean Inspections, etc Referral Program (NEW)
  • Refer us a qualified candidate that stays hired and driving for 90+ days and receive a monetary bonus!
REQUIREMENTS
: Must have Class A CDL verifiable experience Must have up to date current medical card Must have clean MVR Must pass pre employment drug screen & be enrolled in random drug screens throughout employment Must have reliable transportation to & from our headquarters
JOB DUTIES
: Safely & Efficiently loading and delivering the loads Taking care of all equipment
  • this includes interior as well Daily communication with brokers & dispatchers Understanding this is a Regional position and you will not be home every night!
We try to get everyone in for the weekend unless you would like to stay out for longer times. Operate and maintain Samsara ELOG. We pride ourselves on newer, well maintained equipment ... Therefore we will put you in good looking reliable equipment! Willing to take on O/O as well as Lease to Own program ... Currently have (1) 2019 Peterbilt 579 and (1) 2020 Peterbilt 579 PLEASE ask any questions!!
