Role Summary:

Responsible for transporting company equipment and supplies to and from various locations while remaining within the guidelines of the Department of Transportation's FMCSR. Works in the warehouse when not driving. Role Priorities /

Responsibilities:

Safely operate tractor trailer. Loads / offloads and binds heavy equipment on trailers. Loads / offloads cargo on van trailers. Frequent travel with overnight stays. Typically, 4 to 5 nights a week. Maintain personal truck logs and Vehicle Inspection Reports. Must be able to work on weekends if needed. Receive deliveries, stock shelves, and pull orders in the warehouse when not driving. Safely operate forklift. Adhere to all safety regulations within TanMar and that of our customers at all times.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of the Department of Transportation rules, regulations, and logging requirements. Must be able to operate trucks with manual transmissions. General knowledge on maintaining trucks and trailers. Must know how to load and bind heavy equipment on trailers. Must be able to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs.

Education and Experience:

Must provide a valid commercial driver's license (class A). At least 2 years experience operating a tractor trailer Experience pulling van, lowboy, and hydra-tail trailers. Must have experience binding down vehicles and other heavy equipment on trailers Successful completion of accredited driving school program. Oilfield experience is highly desired.

K Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
