Orientation:

Training:

4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor, paid every week.

Solo:

your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old. For your first 3 months solo, your pay will not drop below $1,000 a week. Nervous about your first driving job? Fair.
