About us Awopaho Litterbox Rentals is a small business in Morgan City, LA. We are looking for a full-time CDL (Class B) roll-off driver. Starting pay is $21 per hour with an increase after 90 days. Hours are 7 am to 3 pm Monday

• Friday, 40 hours guaranteed-NON-OVERTIME position.

Duties:

• Operate and drive Roll
• Off Trucks
• Transport dumpsters specified destinations
• Load and unload dumpsters using appropriate safety measures
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working order
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries
• Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers to coordinate schedules
• Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance as needed

Skills:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class B
• Manual shifting experience required
• Proven experience in commercial driving
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles in various weather conditions
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and fellow drivers
• Basic automotive repair skills for minor maintenance tasks
