Craft Massachusetts, a specialty beer and beverage distributor based in Woburn, MA, is seeking an Under CDL Delivery Driver to join our team-oriented, locally focused operation. In this field-based role, you will safely operate company vehicles to deliver craft beer, cider, and specialty beverages to retailers across Massachusetts. Responsibilities include loading and unloading product, verifying orders, following scheduled routes, and providing excellent customer service at each stop. You'll uphold company and safety standards while representing our craft partners and supporting a dynamic, fast-paced distribution network. Responsibilities Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport craft beverages to retail customers across Massachusetts Load, unload, and verify products against invoices or delivery manifests Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules while meeting time and service expectations Provide excellent customer service to retailers, resolving basic delivery issues on-site Handle, rotate, and secure product to maintain quality and prevent damage Complete all required delivery documentation and use handheld or routing systems as needed Follow DOT, company, and safety policies, including safe lifting and driving practices Communicate with dispatch and warehouse staff regarding delays, issues, or route changes Required Skills Non-CDL commercial driving Route navigation and planning Safe loading and unloading Hand truck and pallet jack operation Basic inventory and verification Time management Customer service Knowledge of beverage handling and rotation Basic DOT and safety compliance awareness Use of handheld scanners or routing devices
