Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Senior Sales and Service Representative Driver to grow accounts and provide reliable field service to industrial, automotive, and commercial customers. In this role, you will drive a company vehicle to customer sites, sell and upsell environmental and recycling services, manage used oil and waste pickups, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. You'll build strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, follow strict safety and environmental protocols, and support our mission of sustainable waste management and resource recovery. Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle on a scheduled route to industrial, automotive, and commercial customer locations. Promote, sell, and upsell Safety-Kleen environmental, recycling, and parts cleaning services. Perform on-site service, including used oil, waste, and materials pickups in compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate service records, manifests, and regulatory documentation. Ensure strict adherence to safety, DOT, and environmental compliance standards. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth. Meet or exceed assigned sales, revenue, and service performance targets. Inspect vehicles and equipment, reporting and addressing maintenance or safety issues. Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and service priorities with dispatch and operations teams. Participate in ongoing safety, compliance, and product training to support continuous improvement.
