Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking experienced, skilled and reliable CDL A or B Dump Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites, ensuring that all loads are delivered safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving, knowledge of roads and communities surrounding the Minneapolis & St. Paul metro area up to St. Cloud. Must have knowledge of Local, State, and Federal laws regarding the hauling of goods on area roads and streets. Understand MN DOT and documentation requirements. The Dump Truck Driver will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects and maintaining a safe work environment. Occasional Saturday when needed. Pay DOE. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and asphalt to and from construction sites. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials, adhering to all safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Collaborate with Site Managers and other team members to coordinate material deliveries efficiently. Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and equipment operation. Skills Valid CDL A or B with a clean driving record and air brake endorsement. Proficiency in operating dump trucks. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and site managers. Strong attention to detail for safety compliance and load management.
