Perform roadside services:

tire changes, jump-starts, lockouts, and fuel delivery. Take clear, high-quality, detailed photos of every vehicle — before, during, and after the tow. No blurry photos. No missing angles. Full documentation of vehicle condition. Always use four hook points when required — no exceptions, no shortcuts. Conduct thorough truck inspections before and after every shift. Respond quickly and professionally to dispatch calls with a go-get-it-done attitude. Communicate clearly with dispatch, teammates, and customers. Must pass a background check. Due to AAA partnership, applicants with violent offenses, domestic violence, or sexual assault history will not be approved. Live within 15-20 minutes of our HQ. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated. Able to work independently and in all weather conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid Driver's License required (CDL preferred depending on truck). Team-first mindset and positive attitude.
