Job Description

Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities and the direct supervision of the Chief Engineer, and within established departmental policies and procedures the incumbent performs the following functions: Primary Functions Convey or transport owners and their guests to and from predetermined destinations by operating the shuttle. This position starts when Loon Mountain opens and ends when the mountain closes. (late November thru early April) Assist guest and owners in and out of the vehicles, loading and unloading guest equipment such as ski's, snowboards, luggage etc. Greet guests and owners, answer general informational question to assist guests and owners alike.. Maintain communication with passengers in a friendly, polite and courteous manner. Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times. This includes from time to time, detailing and cleaning, vacuuming, and washing of company transport vehicles. Checking of vehicles before each use for safety hazards, operation of equipment such as air conditioning and heat, oil levels, door operations and vehicle lighting. Possess exceptional customer service skills, and maintain his/her uniform in good presentable condition at all times. Report vehicle malfunctions or faults, damages and accidents immediately to Chief Facilities Manager and or manager on duty. Must follow and obey all RiverWalk rules and regulations at all times to ensure passenger safety, as well as all state of New Hampshire rules and regulations pertaining to rules of the road.

SCHEDULE
Generally Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday days 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Occasional overtime for shift coverage. February vacation week and Christmas vacation weeks are 40+ hour weeks, shuttling daily 7:30a - 5:00 pm. ($17.00 per hour plus tips)
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience or courses related to driving a bus, shuttle or van type vehicle helpful.
Experience :
At least 1 years' experience in driving or shuttle duties in a hotel or resort setting preferred. Advanced customer service skills.

From $17.00 per hour
