Responsibilities Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer to transport flatbed freight safely and efficiently Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT and company standards Secure, tarp, and untarp loads following proper load securement procedures Comply with all DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety policies Plan routes to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while maximizing efficiency Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and delivery documentation Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminal staff Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or safety issues promptly Handle freight with care to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction Represent E. W.
