Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to come on as a commercial truck driver. We have flatbed and dry van work available primarily, Please reach out to discuss these options if one of those suits you. Steel hauling experience preferred for the flatbed side but not required. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience required. Will be working with a conestoga trailer if hauling flatbed, so no tarping required. Drivers typically can expect to be gone Monday through Friday, but we are often home a few nights throughout the week depending on freight availability. We are home every weekend and currently haul a mix of local, regional, as well as OTR freight. Pay is percentage based and we offer a $750 weekly MINIMUM pay guarantee. (Weekly pay averages are much higher than this and this ONLY applies to weeks that freight may be slower.) We also offer a

Responsibilities Load and unload freight as required, ensuring safe handling of materials. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Ensure that cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit. Assist with the maintenance of the truck by reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A) is required. Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
