Sisters Coffee Company is a second generation, family-owned and operated specialty coffee roasting company, based in Sisters, OR. All of our roasting and production operations are completed in Sisters, and we have four retail locations in Oregon. We exist to strengthen the coffee supply chain from seed to cup and to deliver an exceptional, life enriching experience to all suppliers, guests, wholesale partners, vendors, and staff. Qualifications:
Oregon Driver's License and a clean driving record 3 years customer service experience Ability to safely drive full size, high roof cargo vans on a daily basis Ability to lift up to 55 lbs., climb in and out of vehicle, bend, kneel, and sit for long periods of time Ability to work independently for 80% of daily duties Proficiency in Google Suite Reliable transportation to work from Sisters each workday Clear and effective communication skills An assertive drive and strong motivation to grow A desire to learn more about specialty coffee
Responsibilities:
Review daily route manifest and delivers to each grocery partner in a timely manner Load truck with daily deliveries and keeps them organized throughout delivery route Ensure route is completed with accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with Delivery Route Manager to update daily coffee inventory Regularly update mobile invoicing software Keep company vehicles clean and organized at all times Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of delivery vehicles Report field liabilities and/or damage to company property to Delivery Route Manager Learn and complete monthly inventory with production team Willingness to deliver to our PDX & Willamette Valley wholesale partners if called upon

Training Period:
Monday-Friday, 4 weeks in total First 2 weeks will be spent shadowing our Delivery Route Manager Next 2 weeks will be spent driving in a train-the-trainer setting Post training: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/wk.

Tuesday:
8 hour shift: 5am-1:30pm
Wednesday:
8 hour shift: 5am-1:30pm
Thursday:
8 hour shift: 5am-1:30pm
Friday:
8 hour shift: 5am-1:30pm
