Job Description

Overview We are seeking a professional Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of commercial trucks, including flatbeds, lowboys, dump trailers, and hopper bottoms, primarily hauling grain and other materials. This role requires strict adherence to DOT regulations, safe driving practices, and experience with specialized loads such as Hazmat and tanker shipments. The driver will be responsible for truck loading and unloading, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods across designated routes. Candidates must possess a clean driving record and at least three years of relevant experience in commercial trucking. Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks with CDL A license, including flatbeds, lowboys, dump trailers, and hopper bottoms for grain hauling. Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations to ensure safety and legal compliance during all operations. Handle specialized loads such as Hazmat and tanker shipments following all safety protocols and regulations. Load and unload cargo efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery documentation. Safely haul lowboy loads, including heavy equipment or machinery as required. Operate dump trailers for various hauling needs. Manage hopper bottom trailers for grain transportation efficiently. Ensure adherence to safety procedures during all aspects of driving and cargo handling. Experience Minimum of three years of commercial trucking experience with flatbed, lowboy hauling, dump trailer, or hopper bottom operations. Proven experience with Hazmat transportation and tanker loads is required. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations governing commercial trucking operations. Excellent driving record demonstrating safe driving habits. Ability to operate various types of heavy-duty trucks safely and efficiently.
