We provide luxury mobile spaces for film productions, photo shoots, events, and other on-location projects throughout Nashville and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys working on location and wants flexible, project-based work. Our drivers are the face of Glamcoach on-site, so professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication are essential. Responsibilities Safely drive and operate Glamcoach luxury RVs, trailers, and mobile production units to and from client locations Travel with the vehicle to production locations and return it to the designated home location after each assignment Safely position and park the unit at production locations Complete vehicle inspections before and after each assignment Assist with basic setup and breakdown as needed Remain with the unit during scheduled production hours when required Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle Communicate professionally with production teams, clients, and Glamcoach management Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws Report vehicle issues, damage, or maintenance concerns promptly Schedule & Compensation Part-time / project-based Production days are typically up to 14 hours , including travel time to and from the production location Travel time is paid and included in the scheduled shift Hours worked beyond 14 hours are paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate Driver compensation is typically $300-$400 per production day , depending on experience, the assignment, travel requirements, and overall responsibilities Compensation is negotiable based on the driver and specific assignment Assignments may include early mornings, overnights, weekends, and occasional out-of-town travel Most productions are scheduled in advance, with occasional last-minute opportunities Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience driving large vehicles, RVs, buses, trailers, or similar vehicles preferred Comfortable safely operating vehicles ranging from approximately 24-36 feet Strong attention to safety and detail Dependable and punctual — our production schedules depend on you Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable interacting with production crews and clients Able to work independently and handle changing production schedules Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Previous experience in film/TV production, transportation, hospitality, or events is a plus What We Offer Flexible, project-based schedule Paid travel time Overtime at 1.5x after 14 hours Competitive, negotiable day rates Opportunity for recurring production work Work with film productions, events, and creative teams If you're a dependable, safety-minded driver who takes pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
