Potential first year earnings of $91,073.00 based upon average route hours; actual annual earnings may vary based upon length of route. Operate a class 8 tractor-trailer providing safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries to store locations as part of our company fleet. Home Daily 5 Day Work Week No Weekends Salary package includes safety incentives, driver bonuses and performance-based raises Overnight Route Delivery with Dedicated Routes Low Touch Freight using full pallet deliveries Modern Fleet of Tractors and Trailers
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operate a commercial Class 8 tractor-trailer to complete safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries in compliance with DOT and company regulations. Utilize electric pallet jacks and lift gates to load, unload, and deliver merchandise to designated store locations. Follow assigned routes, stops, and schedules to ensure efficient deliveries within set timeframes. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain Hours of Service (HOS) logs, and comply with FMCSA regulations. Secure all loads, vehicle doors, and alarms before and after each stop; ensure proper delivery verification and manage returned merchandise. Assist with various delivery routes as needed to support operational requirements.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Required:
Working knowledge of DOT regulations, logbook, and vehicle inspections Maintain a clean MVR and a valid DOT physical status Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests Must possess a current Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement Must maintain the ability to work flexible hours
Job Requirements:
Commercial Class A driver's license Hazmat required Six months regulated tractor trailer experience Interstate driving ability Safe driving record
