Transportation & Energy Services is building its Water Division and looking for skilled CDL-A drivers to operate water transports for various customers and projects. We aren't simply adding trucks and filling seats. We're building the division around safe, dependable drivers who communicate, take care of their equipment, and want to be part of a strong operation from the ground up. This is a fast-paced position requiring focus, attention to detail, dependability, and a strong commitment to safety. Drivers should expect 12-hour shifts in a team-oriented working environment.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Drivers will be responsible for: Safely and efficiently operating water transports Loading and unloading water without spills or product loss Connecting, handling, and properly storing hoses and related equipment Following designated routes and all customer and site-specific safety requirements Performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections through Fleetio Maintaining accurate driver logs, fuel records, inspection forms, and other required documentation Complying with DOT hours-of-service requirements Communicating clearly with Central Dispatch and field supervisors Working independently and managing time effectively throughout long shifts Keeping assigned equipment clean and in good operating condition Immediately reporting defects, damage, spills, safety concerns, and maintenance needs
REQUIREMENTS
Valid CDL-A with tanker endorsement Current DOT medical card At least three years of tractor-trailer driving experience At least one year of water-hauling experience preferred Clean driving record and strong safety history Eligible to operate a commercial vehicle under FMCSA and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays when scheduled Willingness to work, learn, and contribute to a growing division Ability to safely handle hoses, climb in and out of equipment, and perform required inspections Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and jobsite conditions Oilfield or industrial-site experience is a plus Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check
