Pay and Benefits $22.75-$32.00 per hour + overtime (drivers average 8-12 OT hours per week) Medical, dental, and vision coverage Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid time off and holiday pay Safety incentive program - earn up to $3,000 per year $1,500 bonus per driver referral What You'll Do Transport livestock safely and humanely Safely operate a tractor/trailer and follow DOT regulations Complete inspections and report equipment issues Communicate with dispatch and management Review load details and maintain paperwork Follow PPE and safety requirements What You Bring At least 21 years old CDL-A with 1 year of tractor-trailer experience We will train you for hog hauling - no experience necessary!
