Pavement Marking Technician Advanced Traffic Control performs a wide variety of pavement markings throughout the state of Iowa. Our team members start as a technician, assisting the Operator with a variety of equipment including operating paint trucks, pavement grinders and water blasters as well as performing layout work on streets and parking lots.

Essential Functions:

Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment Ability to operate manual equipment Able to work as a team Maintain a safe working environment for self, coworkers and general public Submit daily reports of work performed Work irregular, long hours; some weekend work will be required Regular & prompt attendance Physical strength when performing heavy labor/ability to lift 50-75lbs Physical stamina in order to handle the long hours of performing strenuous work during the day in hot or cold weather Can do attitude with a growth mind set Other duties as assigned Qualifications /

Basic Job Requirements:

Clean driving record and valid drivers license High School Diploma or equivalent Pass pre-employment drug screen
