Part-Time Traffic Ambassador:

Follow proper procedures while controlling crowds at loading and unloading Direct traffic on roadways to park and exit Busch Gardens property Assist guests with vehicular problems and give directions upon request Follow safety procedures Assist in upholding company standards of maintaining company equipment Operate with guest service in mind at all times Assist with traffic control and parking as necessary Directing cars, buses, campers, etc. to daily assigned lots Setting up cones in various traffic patterns as assigned by supervisor Adapt quickly to changing work conditions to ensure timely guest/traffic flow Report vehicle traffic and guest issues to leadership as appropriate Maintain communication with leadership and other team members about changing traffic flow Maintain a clean, safe work environment Lifting and pulling trash bags from parking lots into disposals Answer questions and resolve guest issues Assist in other areas of Guest Arrival as needed

Other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed: At least 16 years old Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking on a microphone Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs. Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions Be exposed to fumes, dust, and/or odor Be exposed to loud noises Be exposed to motion
