CAE / Virtual Validation / Vehicle Engineering Role Overvie wWe are seeking an experienced CAE Model Build Enginee r with deep expertise in Full Vehicle (FV) model buil d using ANS A, covering domains such as Crash & Safety, Durability, NVH, and Vehicle Dynamic s. The candidate will be responsible for building, validating, and managing large-scale FE models, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and consistency with OEM standards and simulation requirements . Key Responsibiliti esLea d Full Vehicle FE model bui ld activities from CAD data to solver-ready model s.

Execut e pre-processing, assembly, meshing, and connectio ns i n AN SA for multiple analysis discipline s.

Work closely with simulation engineers to deliver validated, clean, and consistent models for Safety, Durability, NVH, and Dynamics simulation s.

Develop and maintai n model build templates, macros, and automation scrip ts to enhance productivity and repeatabilit y.

Conduc t model integrity chec ks (mass balance, connectivity, boundary conditions, material & property validation ).Interface wit h Design, CAD, and CAE domain lea ds to resolve geometry, assembly, and connectivity issue s.

Suppor t solver deck generati on (LS-DYNA, Nastran, Abaqus, OptiStruct, etc.) and ensure compliance with project setup guideline s.

Participate i n model correlation and validati on exercises with test data where applicabl e.

Manage model data, revisions, and documentation within PLM/CAE data management systems (e.g., Teamcenter, SimManager ).Provide mentoring and technical support to junior engineers on ANSA best practices and model build methodolog y. Technical Skills Requi redExpert-level proficiency in A NSA (full vehicle assembly, connections, submodel creation, part management, scriptin g).Hands-on experience wi th Safety (Crash), Durability (Static/Fatigue), NVH (Modal/Frequency), and Dynamics (Ride & Handli ng) model bui ld.

Working knowledge of solv ers such as LS-DYNA, Nastran, Abaqus, or OptiStru ct.

Strong understanding of FE modeling princip les, element quality checks, contact definitions, and loadcase manageme nt.

Familiar wi th material modeling, joints, fasteners, adhesives, and spot weld representati o ns.

Exposure to automation tools or scripting langua ges (Python, ANSA scripts, tc l).Experience in CAE data management syst ems (Teamcenter, SimManager, or equivalen t). Preferred Qualificat ionsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace Engineer ing.

Experience w ith OEM-level full vehicle model integra tion or supplier-level model build sup p ort.

Knowledge of CAD to CAE workf lows, model correlation, and DVP&R proces ses.

Familiarity w ith multi-domain vehicle simulation environm ents and cross-functional collaborat ion.

Prior involvement in CAE harmonization or process automation proj ects will be a p lus. Soft S killsStrong analytical and problem-solving abi lity.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration sk ills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality output under tight timel ines.
